Main House with attached gite

The gite, which has been refurbished, is attached to our main residence with independent access. It is situated in the Perigord Vert (Dordogne) within a short distance of Riberac.

It is a double storey house sleeping 2/3/4 people. The ground floor consists of a living room and kitchen/diner with fitted units, cooker, fridge-freezer and microwave. There is a CD/Radio player and a television with video recorder and numerous films. There is also use of a washing machine. We are sorry but no dogs are allowed.

On the second floor is a double bedroom with open views across the parkland with a further twin bedroom to the rear of the house. There is a shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.

There are open countryside views from the rear and front of the property. To the rear is a self-contained private garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

All bed linen is provided but you are asked to bring your own towels and tea towels.

Wildlife
Variety of birds: buzzards, sparrow hawks, hen harriers, kestrels, hoopoe birds and many others.

Deer and wild boar can be heard and sometimes seen from the woodland across the field.

Butterflies: swallowtails and others yet to be identified.

When you visit do not forget to bring your binoculars.
